Prosciutto, Gruyere & Pazazz™ Apple Flatbread

1 flatbread crust

1 tbsp garlic flavored olive oil

½ cup shredded gruyere cheese, divided

3 slices prosciutto

2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion

½ cup baby arugula

8 thin slices Pazazz apple

1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Place crust on an oven-safe pie plate. Place olive oil on flatbread crust and spread evenly. Evenly top with ingredients in the following order: ¼ cup shredded gruyere, prosciutto slices, red onion and remaining ¼ cup gruyere.

Place in a 400º oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown; remove from oven. Evenly top pizza with baby arugula, apple slices and balsamic glaze; serve immediately.Serves 2
