Lady and Red’s Protein Overnight Oats with Pazazz

INGREDIENTS

Oats
1 Pazazz apple, diced
1/4 cup oats
3/4 cup Cinnamon Roll Premier Protein drink (any brand will work or flavor)
1 tsp pure maple syrup (can leave out)
dash of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a mason jar or container with a lid. If you like the apples more of a soft consistency, add the diced apples to a microwaveable bowl and spray with spray butter. Heat for 2 minutes covered with saran wrap until soft. Add to the jar and place in the fridge overnight.
Combine the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl to create the cinnamon streusel topping.

I don’t love them cold, so I heat them in the microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute before eating.
Spread the dough out into a circle or heart shape. Arrange the apples on the pizza. Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the apples on the pizza.
