Boston Food Gram’s Air Fryer Pazazz Chips

INGREDIENTS

2 Pazazz apples
2 tbsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Slice the apples into 2-3mm thick slices. I used a mandolin slicer, but you can also cut them by hand.

Combine the apples and cinnamon together in a bowl so you have an even coating of cinnamon on each apple

Place the apples in one layer in the air fryer at 300 degrees F for 12-14 minutes, flipping them over every 4 minutes. If you have a wire rack, place it on top of the apples so they don’t get displaced by the air blowing around. (Note: You may have to air fry your apples in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer)

Remove the chips from the air fryer and enjoy!
