Stove Top Apple Crumble


3 Pazazz Apples
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup oats
1/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup pecans (chopped)
2 tbsp coconut sugar
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp ghee or butter


In a medium saucepan add all topping ingredients and stir until toasted. In a cast iron skillet add filling ingredients and stir until apples are evenly coated. Turn heat to low and cook until apples are tender. Evenly pour the topping into the cast iron skillet until apples are covered. Top with vanilla ice cream (optional) and enjoy! #sponsored
